Alignment for pelvis

We aim at adjusting alignment for the whole body with concentration on the pelvis. Lying on your back, move comfortably starting from the hip joint near the pelvis, backbone, and showlder blades. It reduces stiff shoulders, backaches, swelling, irregular menstruation, symptoms of menopause, infertility, fatigue, and bad posture. Good for maintaining a balance of flexibility and stability.

Prenatal Yoga

This is the class to help soon-to-be mothers prepare for childbirth physically and mentally. The exercises you learn in this class can relieve the common symptoms during pregnancy such as swelling, stiff shoulders, and lower back pain while loosening tension and strengthening muscles in the pelvic region. Feel the bond with your baby and let your and body get cleared. Even if you’re new to yoga, you can participate.

Postnatal yoga

The aim of this class is to help you reconnect with your mind and spend each day healthy and happily in those early months with a new baby. With effective exrcise for postnatal body (could have symptoms such as stiff shoulders, lower back pain, urinary troubles, and etc.), you can improve general circulation and build a stronger body and mind. In the latter half of the lesson is a mom-baby physical bonding time through Baby Massage. Boost baby’s physical and mental development through the five senses. Both you and a baby get healed and continue building trust and bonding. The instruction for this class is loose and flexible. Diaper change, feeding, water break, anytime you need.

Kids Yoga
In schools in other countries, they often put kids yoga in their curriculum.By paying attention to their own breathing, it helps kids to gain more control of their own mind. It is widely said that exrcise through yoga helps improve concentration, sensitivity, perception, understanding, and imagination. The most important thing in kids yoga is 「to enjoy」it. It is okay for a child to participate alone, however we highly encourage parents to join. Let’s get refreshed while you experience a new form of communication with your child.

If you are pregnant or postpartum.
If you’re pregnant, please talk to your doctor or midwife to make sure it is ok for you to practice. For postpartum, you can join us after 2 months. If you had caesarean section, it is very important to get plenty of rest and you can join us when you’re ready.

How to make a Booking
STEP1
From Online Yoga Reservation Form, choose lesson and make a reservation. Once you submit the form, your reservation is complete.
STEP2
The URL for your class will be sent to the email address you provide on the reservation form. Please make sure Zoom application is installed prior to your class.
STEP3
Access Zoom with smart phone, PC, or tablet 5 minutes before the lesson. Please dress in comfortable clothes and have your yoga mat and bath towel ready.
